Self Stress Management Techniques

Self stress management .

Most of us experience the negative effects of stress on a daily basis. As I’ve mentioned in my “stress-related cancer” post, and in other related articles of mine, I’ve emphasized the necessity of stress management. On this page, I will offer massage techniques for self-care and stress management. In my opinion, managing stress is one of the most important efforts for maintaining health.

I also strongly believe that, in order to effectively manage stress, it’s crucial to understand how stress debilitates the human body. This understanding motivates us to take action for stress management. In the following video clip, I present the body’s initial reaction to stress and its potentially negative—even life-threatening—effects.

There is, of course, a whole chain reaction that stress triggers, affecting the function of various organs and systems. After watching the clip, feel free to post any questions or share your opinions.

Best wishes,
Boris

    Dear Friends,
The links below provides self-acupressure techniques training for relieving stress-related tension headaches and more. Observations show that a daily seven-minute application of these techniques can help reduce sympathetic nervous activity.
To maintain results, please continue the suggested self-treatment for at least 10 days. It’s important to share your results; doing so may encourage others who are also seeking relief to try it for themselves. Of course, you’re welcome to post any questions as well.
    Good luck!
