We must combine medical and sports massage protocols

We must combine medical and sports massage protocols

Each massage therapist must know how to perform pre-event and post-event sports massage, as well as master the techniques for manual lymphatic drainage and detoxification programs.

From Boris Prilutsky

This message is dedicated to providing information about an upcoming live workshop in Los Angeles. It includes explanations of why every massage therapist should know how to perform these protocols. In addition to details about what to expect from this mostly hands-on master class, you'll also find information about special money-saving deals.

At the end of this message, you'll read about an exclusive extra deal.

If you’d like to attend this workshop, please email support@medicalmassage-edu.com

I look forward to seeing many of you at my upcoming classes.

Best wishes, Boris

Boris Prilutsky is approved by The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education approved provider. Certificates would be granted with completion of seminars.

You are invited to attend the most comprehensive medical and sports massage workshops ever presented.

Boris Prilutsky will share the knowledge, clinical experiences, and personal mastery he has developed over almost 50 years of practicing medical and sports massage. This mostly hands-on seminar will be presented in a master class format. Boris on the master class: "I was trained to perform step-by-step massage protocols developed through research. However, over many years of practicing medical and sports massage within the framework of scientific protocols, I developed my own approach to achieve better and faster results. In my classes, I teach these clinically proven techniques, which have been refined over time and make a significant difference in achieving results."

Once, sports massage was a privilege reserved for professional athletes. Today, it is almost a necessary skill. A large number of gym and fitness enthusiasts work out just as hard as professional athletes and often become massage clients, requiring rehabilitation from their training routines. You will learn a post-event sports massage sequence, and Boris will also will teach ,explain and demonstrate pre-event sports massage techniques for the entire body.

1st Day:

The first day will focus on a mostly hands-on, science-based, full-body post-event rehabilitative sports massage, pre-event sports massage, and full-body stretching. You will learn that lactic acid plays no role in delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). You will also be able to explain to your clients that muscle soreness is not just an innocent pain sensation but a damaging phenomenon that must be prevented. This knowledge should be shared with your clients. The general public must know that, while working out hard has benefits, failing to prevent muscle soreness can lead to significant sports-related injuries and an increased risk of arthritis, among other issues. In other words, without receiving post-event rehabilitative sports massage, strenuous exercise can do more harm than good.

You can expect that 80% of the seminar time will be spent on hands-on training, focusing on how to perform a full-body post-event sports massage.

Important Note: Post-event rehabilitative sports massage techniques can also be used as a full-body medical stress management massage. Given that at least 70-95% of all doctor visits are stress-related cases, post-event sports massage provides significant benefits as a stress management tool. You will be provided with science-based information to educate your clients on the powerful role medical massage plays in stress management.

It is essential to promote the double benefits of post-event rehabilitative sports massage. By purchasing one session, clients receive double the benefits.

Pre-event sports massage is an important modality for preventing sports-related injuries and enhancing performance. Special techniques used in pre-event sports massage help release the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which not only helps athletes perform better but is also a key technique in treating conditions like bronchial asthma, digestive disorders, and parasympathetic nervous system dysfunctions. These techniques are crucial. During the seminar, you will receive hands-on training as well as comprehensive theoretical information.

I would recommend to focus on” my eureka moment”I am presenting in this article.

Since my eureka moment, I've learned much more about the significant effects of these techniques in treating various conditions, including but not limited to long COVID cases. Combining pre-event sports massage techniques with a detoxification program has, in many cases, made a huge difference in managing long COVID, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis. These techniques can effectively address parasympathetic division dysfunctions.

All of this will be discussed in detail, including the presentation of many documented clinical cases.

Special Deal: The cost of the workshop is $300. In addition to printed support material, each participant will receive an instructional DVD (original price: $59.95) where Boris demonstrates full-body post-event and pre-event sports massage techniques over three hours. This allows you to refresh your knowledge at any time by watching Boris's demonstrations and listening to his explanations.

2nd Day:

The second day will cover full-body manual acceleration of lymphatic drainage as part of a "Science-Based Detoxification and Cleansing Program." Today, people accumulate significant amounts of metabolic toxins due to stress and environmental factors, which can hinder the body's healing processes and lead to symptoms such as headaches, mental fog, disorientation, and low energy. There is a lot of misinformation about detoxification and cleansing programs, often driven by commercial interests. Despite claims of scientific evidence, reliable studies supporting these programs are lacking. In reality, our bodies naturally produce toxins as metabolic waste, and the lymphatic system plays a vital role in eliminating them. However, factors such as poor air and water quality, processed foods, and increased medication use expose us to more toxins than ever before. Additionally, stressful lifestyles can impede lymphatic drainage, further contributing to toxin buildup. The lymphatic system is responsible for the disposal of metabolic waste and toxins. By applying special techniques that significantly accelerate lymphatic drainage, you are effectively performing detoxification. Every massage therapist must know these techniques, as they can make a significant difference in people's lives.

This workshop is dedicated to providing a theoretical explanation as well as hands-on training on how to perform science-based, clinically proven detoxification techniques.

Please read more details at my case presentation, well documented case. https://www.medicalmassage-edu.com/blog/incredible-power-of-manual-acceleration-of-lymphatic-drainage.htm

Also on the Second Day: Fascial release and mobilization are crucial techniques for achieving results in treating painful skeletal muscular disorders. Boris will teach special fascia release and mobilization techniques using silicone cups. Attention: it is now clinically proven fact, application of silicone jars in a friction manner, releasing acetylcholine. Impossible to over estimate this fact and double benefits of silicone jars techniques.
